Confused

Hi, I have been having dizzy spells for a few years and never got to the bottom of it along with Itching, tingling, numbness, tinnitus, burning in my arm, restless leg, and the list goes on. However this last episode has been much worse and i have been falling.

My doctor spotted lateral gaze in my left eye (nystagmus) and i was sent to a&e for a ct scan i also failed the heel to toe test. The medical doctor confirmed lateral gaze.

Now the ct scan showed a dense patch on my left cma so they ordered a mri which came back showing nothing, I have been discharged but nobody could explain why the ct scan showed a definitive patch but the mri didnt, or why they were ignoring the Nystagmus and my still being dizzy and unsteady, they just discharged ne to outpatients neurology.

MS has been mentioned a few times but just wondering if anyone else has known anything like this in respect of the ct/mri or the above symptoms
