Confused about bni

Hello guys.I am abit confused after reading all the forum , i want to ask ,if we have here ppl that had only been diagnosed with primary bladder neck obstruction and had also urethra pain( most of the time ) and also lower belly discomfort ( like a burning ) .urethra pain more constant in my case.i ask cause i am not sure in my case is only a neck obstruction.and if u did , surgery helped ? ( ofc i also have weak stream , freqvency ,urgency but this all have i saw ).ty alot

    Did you get a lot of burning sensation just before,during and after passing water and how long has it continued after surgery.

    Would appreciate your thoughts

      i did not had surgery but i will do it soon.atm is constant burning , but worse after i pee
