Confused and Need Help

so ive attached a few photos to provide a visual for whats raising my concern... im 19 for anyone wondering and a male.

my main concern initiated when i noticed on the back of my penis i had thin narrow sacs, i was pinching at them hence why theyimage are a more red color now, i didnt think much of it until after i was trying to get the fluid out or whatever it was but it pinched out white( no foul smell)image

once again i got worried after i slept with my ex that to my knowledge has not been active with anyone else, and im almost 100% certain she has not been in sexual contact w anyone else... i had red dots on the front part of my shaft-- sort of looked like a thrush, until i did some more inspecting and i noticed some more bumps... in the images shown above. image
