confused.com even my gp is at a loss lots of symptoms

hiya me again sorry to post again but I am at a loss and so is my gp so just looking for anyone with similar experiences or advice thanks long post

last September i started off with tonsolitis and a chest infection and a fever was on steriods and antibiotics it didn't clear up started being dizzy ear and neck pain burning hot face i have had 14 lots of antibiotics and 10 courses of steriods since last September i have a chest xray which was clear but my chest is wheezy n crackly i have had a temp of between 37.6 38.4 since last September its never dropped i have had constant ear n neck pain left tonsil is distorted i have spells of dizzyness and shaking my hips and groin have started to ache my stomach as started to bloat at random times throughout the day and i am constantly weeing but no pain or infection my and is 16.7 my red cell count is high and my cea levels are 7 i have been to ent they said i have inflamation back of my nose and throat box heamotolagy want my doctor to do bloodtests every 6 monthbut my gp is adamant something else is going on and wants a second opinion anyone been in this situation sick of being ill now i have also been extremely tired since last September thanks

    what does it mean when you say your chest is crackly?

      when he listens to my chest he said it sounds wheezy n crackly like with a chest infection and he can hear noises in my chest like my airways are swollen or something but the xray is clear
