Confused is this an STI or Skin Rash or Chafing

I just got off of my period one day ago and was doing my vaginal growing. I use a razor and mirror to shave, when I got to the lower area i noticed the dry / peeling skin in the photos attached. They look like there was something there but I had no pain or itching during my period nor before i had my period. When I took the pictures it looks like I had an outbreak. I do have a boyfriend and we have been exclusive for 9 months. If its herpes can I show symptoms and he doesnt even if he has oral and un protected sex?

I am worried because it looks unpleasant and I have issues with ingrown hairs already. Thanks for your replies as well. imageimageimage
