CoNfusing CBC Results

I've been having issues with blood counts for the last couple of years. For a while my platelets were high then they found out i had low iron (not enough to be anemic) and that fixed but then I had high RBCs for a year or so then i got put onto a diuretic for another condition and those went back to normal and then most recently my whites were high. Does anyone have any idea of why this could be happening? It's always one is wrong, never more never less. I have a hematologist I just want to be able to ask good questions at my next appointment. Thank you!!
