Confusing pregnancy test results

False Pregnancy Tests?

My gf and I have never had penetrative sex, only oral or showered together (just a little rubbing in the shower no actual penetration) We are also always very careful about cleaning up. Since we’ve been dating, she’s missed her period twice and gotten a positive pregnancy test both times, but never was actually pregnant. She has now missed her period and gotten a positive test result for a third time. I don’t know if it’s user error either, since she’s tried multiple tests.

I know the odds of getting pregnant without having penetrative sex are very low, so we’re confused about what’s going on here. She had been to the doctor during one of these times and she mentioned something about her period getting “blocked up” but my gf doesn’t remember much of anything else the doctor said (she was stressed/sort of overwhelmed). I’m just confused about why this could be happening and what we should do. Should we assume a pregnancy or could there be something causing all this?
