Confusing text results

Hello I received my test results for HSV. I don't understand them can some one please help. This is what the results were

 HSV Culture/TypeIsolated   

HSV TYPE 2:Isolated   

HSV TYPE 1:The incidence of HSV 1 infection in the presence.... does this mean I have HSV 1?

    This is better. No, this indicates you have HSV2. Not sure what the trailing result under HSV1 means, though.

    I feel like you should ask your doctor to be sure. It could mean you have hsv1 from that part it says it's present so I'm assuming you carry the virus

    It clearly says that HSV2 was isolated in your culture, which means you have that. The unfinished remark under HSV1 is the only unsure part. I'm guessing it's negative for that, otherwise it would have also simply said "isolated". It's also less common to swab positive for both types from the same location at the same time.

      Ok I  was unsure if " isolated"was confirming that is was HSV 2  ....thanks no the panic begins. Trying to figure out how to live life with this. This is very depressing and scary

    I know how you feel, I am just going to take it one day at a time being my age it is really scared.
