Congenital Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction into adulthood

Ever since I could remember anytime I was laying down my eyes would leak. Every morning I would wake up and see dried tears on my face, and sometimes it would leak uncontrollably (like it did a few days ago only on my right eye). I was doing some research and came to the conclusion that it could be congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction (a common condition causing excessive tearing or mucoid discharge from the eyes, due to blockage of the nasolacrimal duct system). It can be resolved with in a year for infants, but my problem is is that I'm now 18, I don't know what to do. Help?
