    ayanthi,

i’m very sorry if u feel uncomfortable with my previous post.

never mind! i have lot to say… here’s my story. now I’m 26 years old (male). when i was born, my both hips were dislocated. therefore my parents had taken me to an orthopedic specialist. then my age was 8 months. The doctor had checked me & realized about my born defect. after that he operated my both hips. after the operation hips were correctly located. but hip joints are not normal shape. doctor advised us it will be normal in future with growing. but it is not happened so. after that, time to time I was taken some medications for my ortho.prob. Most of them were Sri lankan local medications (like Ayurvedic) such as oils, medicated wines & massages. also I was taken some western medicines such as Mulax-2, Lioresal & Indocid for little period of time. And I was taken some chinese acupuncture treatments also. recently I was channeled several orthopedic specialist doctors in sri lanka. most of the doctors were said to do total hip replacement surgery. and also some doctors advice me to not to do that surgery at this age. I can do my normal works with limitation. for an example it is little difficult to climb the steps rather than walking the flat surface. the reason is difficult to raise my legs to normal level. now I’m getting more difficulties to walk & do other activities than early.

according to my knowledge, my necessity can be done from the changing the physical shape of the hip joint. Am I correct ?. haven't u tried any medications other than western ?. thanx, cu
