This morning still at level 1 but I can feel the lidocane playing out. I know the cortisone is supposed to take several days to take effect. The Ortho wants me back on

    Trochanteric bursitis. Medication?

I first noticed pain in my right hip in January 2014 and my GP diagnosed trochanteric bursitis by pressing my hips.  He gave me a steroid injection in the right hip, but this made no difference.  I was then referred to an orthopaedic surgeon who gave me another steroid injection into the right hip.
