consistent pain 14 months after gallbladder removed?

About 14 months ago I had my gallbladder removed due to stones. During the procedure they did a MRCP while I was asleep to check all the ducts ect and it all looked normal.

Afterwards I had minimal side effects and was eating normally and have no pain at all after about 2 weeks.

However, about 9 months ago the upper right abdominal pain came back so I went to the Dr and had bloods (high liver enzyme) and another ultrasound done which came back normal (except high level fatty liver) so I went to the specialist who did the operation and he sent me for a chest/abdomen and pelvic ct which came back all clear as well. I weigh 128kg (280lbs) so he basically told me to lose weight and reduce the fatty liver.

The pain died down for a while but now its back again and I kind of want to go to the Dr but I also dont want to go through all the scans again. Could this pain be from the fatty liver?

Has anyone else here had constant dull achy pain after they have had their gallbladder out?

I feel pretty normal, not sick or whatever. Just have the pain.
