Anyway long story short i lost my dad last year. And now ive lost my partner he left me a week ago. And ever since they have now come back but im struggling as im now alone. I dont have much family and no friends to talk to. Its so scary when one comes on i feel like im dying. would anyone want to talk?

Hello, yes if course we can talk.

I do understand, it really is very scary. I'm so sorry about your Dad and your boyfriend.

I feel that it's important that you have people who you can talk to. The ideal would be a therapy group or maybe joining some activity where you can meet people, that would also take your mind off things a bit?

yes it does help to talk to someone just to vent. See if you can get some counseling. talking on here is OK but it’s even better when it’s either in person or a virtual appointment. A counselor can help you sort all of this out and help you manage this better. When you have a panic attack you can go on YouTube and there are some great panic talk downs on there..just take one day at a time. Getting a little exercise is also helpful. Take care of yourself
