Constant anxiety like feeling

I have accidentally took one tablet of Carbamazepine, and after that I felt very strong anxiety like feeling.

This feeling did not fade away with time and was only getting worse with each day.

I read from Wikipedia that Carbamazepine is sodium channel blocker, so I took half of teaspoon of salt and this feeling was gone within minutes. But several days after that feeling was back. I ate same amount of salt one more time and feeling was gone once again.

I tried some anti-anxiety techniques but they had made this feeling only worse.

Can you please help to understand what is happening to me and what can I do with it?
