Constant bleeding for 16 months, health is going downhill.

So for the last 16 months I've been constantly bleeding (since little one was born) and most of the time it's quite heavy. In April I started having these so called flare ups (rapid heart beat, sweating, abdominal pain, sickness diarrhea, shakes, dizzyness and passing out) I end up in hospital with this every couple of weeks but still don't know what's causing it or if the bleeding is related to the flare ups. it takes me a few days to recover after every flare but after having so many tests and doing some research I was wondering if they are even flare ups at all and just my body going in to shock? I've not got a lot of knowledge on it but is anyone able to shed some light? I am waiting for another appointment with my doctor but its 2 weeks away.

I've been tested for ibd, gallstones, kidney stones all came back clear.

Amy...have you been tested for anaemia? Heavy blood loss can cause this and anaemia will make you feel weak. I'm assuming you mean vaginal bleeding? Have you had a CT scan or vaginal ultrasound done?

I have blood tests every time I go into hospital and they haven't said anything but I do take vitamins because I constantly feel weak, I'm waiting on an pelvic ultrasound but it's a 15 week wait and the doctors haven't really told me anything.
