Constant bleeding for 3 months with implant

hiya! so I'm 22 and have had my implant Since december with no problems (if anything great as periods got lighter and less frequent and painful). However for the last three months ive had pretty much non stop bleeding (light to medium and red to brown), after speaking with my Dr i was prescribed a pill for a month to see if that helped. Ive only got a week left and the bleeding hasnt stopped par from one or two days... has anyone else had this? if so what did you do? im considering having it removed as its affecting me so much
