Constant body sensations

Yesterday I had a strange episode I was in the kitchen making dinner and suddenly my head was hot and I couldn't shake this feeling and then broke out in a sweat. nothing like that had ever happened to me before so I try to just rest and I started having deep feeling chest pain this happens a few times for several seconds.
I spend way too much time looking up things on Google! after several hours I concede to go to ER and they do EKG, chest x-ray and bloodwork. Couple hours later they come back and tell me everything was normal and it might be acid reflux.
later that night I start having fluttering sensations at the left top of ribcage. While I realize that could be anxiety trying to tell me yet another story but like seriously enough is enough already. At the same time the ER doctor asks me if I want to go home or stay and I focus on the Why.....if everything was fine he'd ask if I wanted to stay.
Anxiety is a repeat cycle with different symptoms until you don't trust what's real or anxiety.

sorry you are feeling this way. If the doctor thought something was wrong he would have recommended that you stayed at the hospital. He was just offering you to stay for your own peace of mind.
when you are always googling things, that sends a message to your brain that something is wrong and it’s going to create anxiety sensations in your body. The brain sends out adrenaline which starts the whole process. I would highly recommend that you stop googling because you’re not going to be able to diagnose yourself that way. You’ll just scare yourself for no reason and then you’ll get all these sensations. It’s not worth it.
if you’re having anxiety issues, consider speaking with a counselor who can help you manage this. You can even do virtual appointments which work great.
every day, do something to relax your mind. Whether it’s taking a nice walk, doing breathing exercises for anxiety, relaxing with a meditation for anxiety, visiting family or friends, etc. I do hope you feel better soon take care

Thank you....however I've seen the same therapist for 4 years and still have anxiety issues and I literally do know better than to Google however sometimes it's hard not to in certain situations. If it's an option I've tried it from the roller coaster of medication cocktails to meditation, several different breathing techniques, journaling, prayer, going to the gym. I've read countless books done traditional therapy as well as CBT therapy.
