Constant coughing for over 1 year and abdominal pains

In November 2018 I started to have a cough. I didn't have any fever or other symptons come with it. The cough was clear and I rarely coughed up mucus. I went to see the doctor several times and I had my lungs checked with a stethoscope but my lungs were clear. They were disinterested in my case and would not do anything about it and said I just had to leave it to go away on its own.

I was coughing so hard that I would throw up and had difficulty eating for several days. I also lost my breath several times and would go into extreme coughing fits. Nothing like I have ever had before. I then started having pain on the lower right side of my abdominal area. After I noticed a very small particle of blood in my vomit I went to the A&E(US=ER) and they did blood tests and found that my white blood cells were sky rocketed. They also did xrays but my lungs were clear. I was mainly concerned with my coughing. I had explained the abdominal pain to them but it was not that bad at that point as my main concern was my cough. but this was the only thing they were interested in. They suspected appendicitis. On ultrasounds they could see that there was something there.

The following day I had had so many different doctors pushing around on my stomach that the pain actually started to become worse. However my cough was still what was bothering me the most. They decided to operate. I went into theatre on the third day at the hospital. After the operation they told me it was not appendicitis but they took out my appendix anyway. They suspected a bursted ovarian cyst because the whole abdominal area was filled with pus and my appendics was getting irritated by it, which is why I had the pain. They could not prove that this was the problem as they could not see the cause of it. They had to "clean up" my whole abdominal area. I was discharged and let to go home on the following day(Saturday).

The cough was still extreme and I would go into coughing fits. On the Tuesday I got a fever which then turned into extreme abdominal pains and throwing up like crazy. Never had anything like it. I went to see my doctor who sent me straight to A&E. At the A&E they did tests and sent me home with antibiotics as it was too late at night to get new ultrasounds done. The following morning they re-submitted me to the Surgical Assessment Unit straight away. I had pus built up in the same place and they were concerned they would have to attach a drain to my stomach.

I was submitted for 5 days on their strongest IV antibiotics (per my nurse) until the pus build up had gone away and then I was discharged again. Since this I have at several times had acute abdominal pains. In January 2019 and in July 2019(In July I was submitted to hospital 2 times and kept over night but the doctors didn't know what it was). One nurse told me it could simply be something that has not been "discovered" yet. I also every now and then get stabbing pains coming and going. I have had external and internal ultra sounds, blood tests but still no diagnosis. I have seen my doctor several times. He doesn't know what it is. I went to Harley Street in London (private clinics and some of the best in the world) and they didn't know what it is either. I have been checked for endometriosis and crohns.

I don't have this "whooping cough" kind of cough anymore since March 2019 but I constantly have to clear my throat which is really annoying and I have had no resolution on that either. When I exercise I feel like my throat is going to break and it takes hours for it to "recover". My throat clearing is specially bad after eating. More recently I started getting small ulcers on my tongue and inside my mouth every now and then and they disappear after 2 days and then re-appear. And I also get these abdominal pains coming and going.

Maybe the two has nothing to do with each other but I don't really know where else to turn to actually do something about it as I feel I have exhausted my options to get it handled. I stopped eating gluten, stopped drinking coffee and anything with sugar in it. I don't even have fruit or honey. I don't eat meat or chicken. I have tried so many things and I don't know what else to do. I also used to take alot of vitamins but I can't even take that anymore. I just end up throwing them up again. Tried taking just vitamin c and b-complex 2 days ago 30 minutes after a meal. Thinking the dosage was so small I could handle it but ended up with 2 days of diarrhea. Please help!!!! I don't want to live like this for the rest of my life.
