Could be. Wondering if you have seen a doctor and had any testing? There are so many things that can be associated with the symptoms you describe. I found out I was gluten intolerant, so stopped eating it and all my digestive issues went away.

sensible answer Diane. I have intermittent digestive issues, including IBS and even collitis. When I have a flare up, my whole body is affected, not just stomach and bowel, I also get aches and pains, chronic fatigue, etc. The digestive system is complex and can affect a lot of other parts of the body. Food intolerances (as opposed to allergies) can present with quite significant symptoms but when diagnosed are easily resolved by avoiding whatever it is that causes the problem.

    I'm sorry you're hurting 😦

i would check for gluten intolerance (not allergy like celiac - but intolerance) and even helicobacter pylori, if it turns out positive and you'll take care of it maybe it will ease your symptoms.

    Hi Beth,

It's possible t could be fibromyalgia but its best to see your doctor before you diagnose yourself. To me I feel that every illness is covered by fibro. All the symptoms you discribed I have and the doctors seem baffled as they do not know much about fibro. I feel sorry for you and anyone who is suffering with it because I know what you are going through.

    Hi Beth,

The symptoms that you have discribed sounds like fibromyalgia but it's best you see your doctor before you diagnose yourself. I have all those symptoms but doctors do not know much about it. I'm sorry for you if it is fibro. and anyone who has it because I know what your going through. The fatigue is one of the worse thing as I feel so tired all the time, it makes me feel lazy. Best wishes, Josephi

There are more than 300 symptoms recorded for fibromyalgia, but just by symptoms can be said it is fibromyalgia, please consult rheumatologist if you have already consulted general physician and no other findings means no other problems with blood test and other test. Then get reference from general physician to rheumatologist. consulting general physician is a must, otherwise rheumatologist might refer back to other doctors for tests.
