I'm interested in your post since my symptoms are similar. Can I ask, does the dizziness come only when you're lying down, or is there a pattern in it? You say it comes every three weeks. Does it come when your menstrual cycle is about to begin? That pattern of every three weeks sounds suspiciously like the monthly cycle. I share your frustration in feeling that this is such an obstacle to normal life. it takes everything out of you.

    Best wishes and good luck...

    Hi Sassy,1

I had this same symptoms if not worst then yours, I am suffering for the last 1 1/2 yea.

From very healthy active person doing everything to a inactive person cannot do a thing and don't go any where too.

I have seen many specialist Dr a d done many head MRI and blood test including balance test were all normal a part from the audiologist report show that I ja e vestibular problem so start doing physiotherapy like special exercise for dizziness sometimes it works sometimes makes me very dizzy,

I have seeing a other neurologist professor in London diagnosed me with chronic migraine exactly ha e the same symptoms as meniere's disease too. I will start treatment for migraine soon but i have to take medication which I am anti medication person, utter I have too.

I exercise every day a least 30 min at home because I cannot go to the gym and stopped dairy product completely for 2 weeks a d i start seeing some relief I still have the symptoms but mild still feel like am floating and am in dream.

Don't give up there is hope some where with me I had to push all the time with my GP to refer me to second and third opinion in different hospital until I found that Dr Barry Semmungal his very good.

I wish all the best and quick recovery.

What type of dizziness are you having? spinning sensations? faintness when standing? Is it positional?

Some sinus infections can trigger vertigo by affecting the inner ear even when it looks healthy.

For the shortness of breath did you do all tests for your lungs?
