CONSTANT feeling of something being up there (BV) HATE wearing bottoms

Sorry this is my 4th post (I always forget to include something) but anyone else know or have experienced this? Besides the smell this has to be the WORST part of BV!!! The first thing I feel when I wake up in the morning is I feel "full" down there. Anyone know how to relieve this nightmarish symptom?!?!?

There is a post from member Hon777 that I actually have done. I am on day 6 and have noticed that the smell is gone and discharge is mostly going away. I noticed he posted another similiar one today changing the cranberry juice to sugar water which he did in his first post suggest that I add some sugar to the mix if I wanted but I didn't. Not sure if it has completely cured me but it seems to be working somewhat so far. Here are the instructions if you don't find the post:
BV remedy
Day 1
1x45 billion CFU probiotic capsule
1 teaspoon cranberry juice
Day 2
2x45 billion count probiotic capsule (or total CFU of approximately 80-90 billion)
2 teaspoon cranberry juice
Day 7
1x45 billion CFU count probiotic capsule
1 teaspoon cranberry juice
Instructions:
Open capsule and tip out contents into a small dish.
Mix this with the juice.
Get a tampon, twist and remove the back half (string end).
Use this to soak up the mixture. Ensure all the probiotic is on the tampon.
Remove the top half.
Insert
Leave for as long as comfortable up to 8hrs. Preferably overnight. Spray vinegar, cider vinegar or lemon juice on underwear.
Notes:
Make sure that your probiotic has multiple strains. The more variety the better, it's almost impossible to test for every type of pathogenic bacteria in your culture and every woman has unique flora. Certain types of healthy strains may combat certain pathogenic strains. Take a look at formulas that are created for women. Ensure the probiotic is shelf stable; try to avoid the brands in the fridge. Ensure the CFU count per capsule is between 30-50 billion.
After this, you'll be free to have unprotected sex and periods should not affect you. All I ask is that you let me your results

When I was doing the cranberry juice that person told me I could add sugar. The second post that mentions the sugar water says just a pinch of sugar so I would assume that's how much sugar to use with the cranberry juice too.
