Constant feeling of urine in the end of penis and pain/swelling when erect!

Hello,

For years now I've had an issue with a pain about 1CM down my penis from the head, when erect and a sharp pain when ejaculating. My entire penis is quite sore to when applying any pressure whether flaccid or erect also.

I seem to have bouts of this where I have the feeling of urine sitting at the end of my penis at all times. I'm experiencing this again now and it's driving me crazy! When I pee as soon as I get this feeling, there will be a small amount of pee that dribbles out but rarely the feeling of actually having a full bladder. Just this constant feeling of feeling like I'm having to hold pee in cause it's sitting in my penis.

I've seen many doctors and urologists for this and had no definitive answer. I've had my prostate checked, penis examined and even a cystoscopy, all normal.

Just wondering if anybody has experienced similar or could help at all? Losing my mind here!!
