Do you have problems in social situation usually?

Have you been diagnosed with anxiety?

Yeah I have panic disorder but I'm not usually scared of Social situations! It's only when I go out clubbing!

Just make sure you stick with your mates and if you feel uncomfortable leave.

That happens to me. Whenever I'm going to have fun I have that thought in my head constantly that something has to go wrong. I don't know it's weird and it usually ruins my fun. Like I'd be driving with my friends and I'd be all good but then I'd get that haunting thought like this is too good to be true. And then I get fearful.

I hate it! I can't enjoy myself getting ready because I'm just so nervous! I'm fine when I get there and had a few drinks! I just hate waiting for it! Feels like it's too good to be true like you said!
