Constant head pressure

Hi,

Im a 25 year old Male, relatively fit.

I experience constant bouts of head pressure daily. Its like a dull head fullness type feeling that radiates from my neck and top of my head. Its basically with me 24/7. I've had neck, Head, Brain and Spinal MRI. Bloods are fine. Neuro says I have silent migraines and prescribed me propropanol (beta blockers) 12 months ago to no avail.

I do spend a lot of my time at a computer but i'm seeing a physio and whatnot to try relieve symptoms to no avail. I wouldnt describe what i feel as a headache its just a constant dull pressure feeling in my head. Im struggling to figure out what it might be and i've had all the right scans / bloodwork etc. I even got tested for Lyme disease.

There is no let up with the symptoms at all. My neck does feel slightly tight but no tighter than before. Sometimes when the head pressure gets bad i feel slightly off balance when walking. Not like i'll fall over just a slight unbalanced sensation.

Any info would be great.

Thanks!

Went to see an ENT last month and he told me I have a lymphangioma in my neck. It's basically a benign cyst deep in my neck. He said he's pretty sure that it isn't causing the pressure in my head and that it's harmless but he would remove it surgically if I really wanted him to but he said there's no point. He was very thorough and I was pleased with him.

However I still have daily head pressure that makes working (computer user) so tough some days. It also makes me feel slightly dizzy too and I'm

So fed up trying to figure out what is wrong. I'm going to an osteopath twice a month my posture is a lot better I just wish I knew what was wrong. The stuffy head feeling is just unbearable. I've had it 18/24 months now.!
