Constant Headache and Stomach Pain for a Month

Hello everyone,

I'm a 20 yr old male. For a little over a month now, I've had constant stomach pain, as well as a headache.

The stomach pain is in my lower abdomen--the pain makes it seem as though I'm hungry, but also gives the feeling that it can't fit anything else in it. I've had 0 vomiting issues, and no other issues related to stomach pain have arisen (apart from acid reflux, but that's improved itself).

The head pain seems to constantly move around. It'll be in my temple, then my forehead, behind my ear, ect., and this also never leaves, making it very difficult to concentrate on anything else.
