Constant headache, chest pain, brain fog, achy limbs.

I have been suffering from daily headaches for approx. 3 years, along with almost daily chest discomfort, loss of appetite, body aches, etc. My most recent trip to a cardiologist led to a diagnosis of vasovagual syncope, but the drugs available to assist this condition are not very advanced. I have been taking Cymbalta for almost 2 weeks, with many unfortunate side effects, but it seems to be helping my pain slightly. I have had every test you can imagine done, and they never find anything (MRI, Echo, CAT, etc.) After tons of online reading, I have begun to think my pain is related to anxiety/depression. I do not have any of the psychological or emotional symptoms, but I possess nearly all of the physical ones. Should I be pursuing this road and try to get the correct drug to fix this? Please help! I have my first child arriving in December, and I want to live as pain free as possible for her! Thank you.

Hi Samuel my name is alice. I don't usually reply on forums but u sound just like me so I thought I would. I use to suffer with horrible heart symptoms and chest discomfort was the worst. I went to 3 different cardiologists and was given the all clear. My head symptoms are also terrible I get a lot of head pressure and random head pains. Have u tried any medication. I went on meds and they really helped with the symptoms as they were all physiological. I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone I'm not great at giving advice. I'm expecting my first baby in October and a lot of my anxiety has gone on to worrying about her, I'm currently getting monitored because I'm so worried. finding a good therapist might be helpful.

Also there are so many people that suffer with the same things we suffer with u r not on your own.

Sorry if I've not made much sense.

I hope things get better for you.
