I did MRI but result was negative. Everything is ok as per MRI report. On september 2017 i went another doctor who is neurosurgery. He gave me betahistine 16mg ×3times a day. As i have that medicine, firstly i felt somehow low pain but there is still the pain till now. I usually feel dizzy, tiredness, cannot see the screen of mobile, laptop ,tv. It feels like someone is pressing and pulling my head backward.i always wanted to sleep. I went to do checkup for my eyes too but as per doctor, my eyes are quite good n healthy. This head pain is disturbing my daily life. I am so worried. Please help me.

Hi there just wanted to say that I've had very similar symptoms on and off for a few years now. I have also been on betahistine before for dizziness but didn't work and also made my migraines worse. The best medicine I used for the constant headache and pain was gabapentin. Usually it's used for epilepsy but is good for pain and migraines so if the betahistine is not helping then maybe ask your doctor to try something new. Migraines are very stubborn but you can get them under control and once that happens the dizziness will also get less severe. I hope you get some relief soon!
