Hi guys, I have had for a long long time daily bad migraines, sometimes pain killers get rid of it, sometimes it doesnt do a thing, i went to the drs and they put me on propanalol, ive tried nurofen, asprin, co-codomols, cupofen, all different types of pain meds and nothing works, could anyone help me with how i can do anything to at least cope with this?

You may be suffering from Medication Overuse Headache. Do some google research and see if you think it might be what's going on with you. It's hard to break the headache, but when you make it through a few weeks, you will feel like a new person.
