Constant headaches, pain in head and tingling

Hello all,

Im wondering if anyone else is experiencing constant headaches, or pain (predominately left side) and/or tingling all over their head.

This has been going on for 10 months and I am worried sick. I have had a CT scan and it was normal but Im still concerned. It seems to be worse in the morning. Also sometimes, I have awful head pressure and my ears pop?!

Is anyone experiencing this?

    Hi Katrina,

This was my first symptoms. It was so scary as it came on one all of a sudden!

I went to the drs so many times and I got physio done. It helped but never went. I've finally manage it with no stress and Vit D.

I've got a book on perimenopause and they said Vit D is the director of your hormones.

    Also acupuncture has massively helped

    Hope you get better.

Thank you for your reply Sandeepo8592.

Yes it is scary, I am also getting physio, so hopefully that should make some difference. I just cant understand why it is every single day. I cant remember the last day I woke up without either a full blown headache or at least a strange sensation in the left side of my head!

Anyhow, thank you for the advice, I also must start taking vitamin D.

Hope you feel better soon also!

you'll find Vit D will kick in after a few weeks. It's a big must have in every perimenopause/menopausal womens life!

when the sun is out please sit in it for 20mins. Put your face towards it. I noticed my headaches were less during the summer months.

Try acupuncture too as I have it once a month and it's settled my headaches.

I know how you feel. Here always so message and reach out anytime.
