Constant itchiness and clogging whenever I turn to the side

Hello everyone,

I have been having itchiness in my ears for years now and it's never been a significant issue. However these past 5-6 months I have been having significant issues with itchiness in my left ear and it sometimes gets to a point where it gets clogged whenever I turn to my right laying down. However, this time it's starting to feel more generally clogged than my right ear. Should I be worried?

    Its probably a build up of wax in your ear.Drip some olive oil in your ear, or get someone to do it for you, and lay with that ear uppermost for 15 mins. It should gradually soften the wax if you do this every day for 10 days., The softened wax should gradually come out of your ear. You may have to keep wiping your ear with a tissue. Dont put anything else in your ear like cotton buds or even little fingers. That will compact the wax even more.

    If you dont feel any better after this then see your doctor.
