Constant left arm pain

The past month or so I've been having constant pain in my upper left arm. It can also be in my right arm as it is right now when I'm typing but it's usually in the left. I also get upper left chest pain but that's less common and it doesn't feel cardiac related since it's only in one specific spot in my chest that hurts to touch or push on. I also get pain in my arm pit area. It feels sharp and burning. Same thing with my upper left back. I had some sort of inflammation attack about a month ago as well where it got severe and I couldn't feel my whole left arm. It was relieved immediately by an extra strength advil. Im worried it could be vasculitis or something. What do you think it could be ?

First go see a doctor, once you've done that maybe you will have some answers. My own experience with arm pain started after a fall one year prior and an incident when I was kayaking that ended with a burning pain in my bicep. I thought I was having cardiac issues as my right bicep felt it was swelling up, but it didn't look swollen. After seeing a orthopaedic doctor, getting an injection in my shoulder, doing four weeks of physical therapy, they finally ordered an mri which showed a torn rotator cuff and a torn bicep. I am 13 weeks post surgery, very hard recovery time, still doing pt twice a week, but back to work and it's finally feeling better, good luck!

I'm glad you're doing better and recovering well! Unfortunately for me I have been in any accidents or anything recently so it doesn't make much sense for me to be having the pain. I mean I don't have great posture so I'm wondering if that could maybe be it.
