Constant Left Chest Tightness for 6 months?

I don't know what to do anymore.This thing has ruined my life.Im only 20

I've been having constant left chest tightness all day every day since October 2017.Ive done every test from ECGs, Stress Echos , Chest CTs, Endoscopies.All normal . I still feel very short of breath all day till this date.

But when I did the ECGs and Stress Echos I wasn't having these symptoms.It only used to happen during the night and the tests was during the day.Now it happens all day.

Should I redo the ECGs and Stress Echos?

Have u ever had 24hr heart monitor? If not,i suggest u ask GP bout that! Do u suffer from asthma,have u had checks for that? It cld b u nd inhalers.

Yes I had a 24 hour holter monitor once and they did give me asthma medication.
Not working though

  You must go back and see your GP,there's different inhalers to try,til u find 1 that works for you

  I have bad left shoulder pain as well.
  I've must've tried like 3-4 inhalers and none of them work

  I'm not saying its not a heart problem,i'm not a doctor,just speaking from my husbands experience....If ur still having pains & being breathless,u must go back 2 ur GP! They nd 2 investigate why inhalers r not working for you!
