Constant loss of smell and fatigue for 2 years.

I had my first nose surgery about 3 years ago. I had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinate and therefore had a septoplasty. This procedure was done through the public system. After the surgery I followed the correct recovery procedures (nasal douche etc.) only to find that 6 months later it had deviated again. It took another 6 months to get in for another operation in which i underwent, however this time I was asked to do an allergy test. This test found that I was allergic to grasses and dust mites, most likely the reason to my nose becoming deviated. I underwent the second surgery and then was told to start taking anti-histamines 2 times a day and to start immunotherapy for dust mites. I have now been doing immunotherapy for one and a half years, taking anti-histamines once a day (24 hour) and using nasonex. I found that this was not working so i went and saw an ENT specialist who said I should try putting pro-biotic capsules into my morning nasal douche wash and pulmicort (a steroid) at night. This is still not working!! I feel as though I have tried everything but do not know what to try now!? I still cannot breathe out of my nose properly, it is constantly congested, I cannot smell properly and I still feel fatigued during the day!! The public system did not know what to do so they simply "took me off the books" they did nothing further other than brushing me off..

PLEASE HELP!!
