Constant nausea and vomiting, pain during intercourse, pain in lower right pelvic area

This all started 4 months ago...constant nausea and vomiting. It was absolutely horrific. I had an E.G. done a colonoscopy looking for the cause...everything came back normal.🙁 I have bad pain during intercourse and pain in my pelvic area. They have also checked my gal bladder which came back normal ugh. On the 29th I have an appointment for them to check for cysts on my ovaries. I'm just about certain that's what this is but I'm so scared they are going to clear that also..it seems as if the doctors are not taking me seriously and it's so frustrating because I have 3 children and I get so sick it is interrupting my life. I have no appetite and again the nausea is unbearable...

I understand what you r feeling. The only difference between you and I, is I had a hysterectomy 15 years ago. They left my right ovary and lately I've been having incruciating pain, and I mean feels like somebody is stabbing me my pelvic area feels like somebody kicked me, I get headaches, I get sick, and the pain in my back. The only way I can describe it is right up to childbirth. It was so bad two weeks ago I passed out at work they rush me to the ER where I spent four hours had everything checked, everything came back normal, accept my ovary is enlarged. I'm too scared to go to the doctor has from what I've researched this is most likely caused from ovarian cancer. But while I was in the emergency room I felt like the doctor thought I was making this all up, thinking I was a drug seeker just wanted to pain meds Etc. I pray your doctor's listen to you better than my mine have

I also had an episode where I got really dizzy and was very confused...i had to leave work early because of it. I read on here that could mean a cyst burst?? I also am getting headaches and I never get headches. It's so irritating because I'm loosing faith in doctors.
