Constant Shortness of Breath for 6 months

Hi I'm 20 years old

Ive had this constant feeling that I'm not getting enough oxygen everyday 24/7 and slight heart strain for almost 6 months.

I've done Chest CTs, Endoscopy, and Stress Echo Test and ECGs.All normal

The thing is I originally admitted to the hospital because I had chest pains(that only lasted for a few days) and the doctor's ordered a stress echo and ECGs on me

I wasn't feeling short of breath when they did the ECGs and stress echo's.I only started feeling this after I was discharged.

Should I redo the ECGs and stress echo now?Could they have missed something at my heart?

Will they find anything new if I do the heart tests now?

Im worried that they didn't find anything wrong because I didn't have my symptoms that I have now when I did the Tests.

It used to come only at night but now it's constantly all day.
