Constant stinging in my glans and foreskin after yeast infection was solved.

Hi, I'm not native English speaker, hope you understand what I've written because I desperately need your help.

I'm 33 years old, uncircumcised penis.

3 years ago I had a yeast infection (candidiasis) that solved with antifungal after 2 months treatment and a following redness irritation that solved with a lotion, but somehow I still have constant stinging on my glans and foreskin (where there were the fungus and irritation).

And if I masturbate there's more stinging and the intensity of stinging is higher than usual for like 2-3 days.

Dermatologists say my penis looks normal (but I believe there weren't so many wrinkles before yeast infection) and someone said slight eczema but hydrocortisone didn't have any effect.

Also we thought about neurophatic disease so I tried antidepressant and pregabalin but didn't work.

I don't know what to do. This situation is making me anxious.
