Constant tingling of fingertips in both hands a sign of cardiac failure or low BP?

I suffer from chronic large hiatal hernia, along with many other abdominal organ deformities. A few weeks ago I layed down on my in a slightly awkward position and felt a "shift" inside my abdomen.
Immediately I felt a strong pain and shortness of breath, and a very strong row of PVCs.
All this happened at night, and despite being super tired, I couldn't sleep because of the SOB.
I even had to get off bed at 3am and go for a walk because I felt I was really about to collapse due to so many irregular beats and pain.
Not sure how, but I survived.
However, in the days after that episode, and until today, every time I eat, I sometimes find it really painful and almost impossible to swallow, and some other days feels like I never had a hiatal hernia to being with. I feel like I came back in time a decade ago before I got my initial hernia.
One of the issues is that I was left with constant tingling in my fingertips. Maybe is not related at all? Maybe it's my hernia pressing my heart and causing low BP?
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? It's quite annoying, because sometimes the tingling because a very severe SOB that eventually subsides.
Since I am not dying and my vitals seem to be ok, I don't think it's fruitful to go to the ER. Since most doctors disregard this as possible, I am waiting for my appt with a Psychiatrist to attack the issue from a mental health point of view. A shrink cannot send me to a shrink, right?
Thanks so much in advance for any help that you can provide!!
