Constant urethra inflammation tongue inflammation pain in liver area

hi im john years ago i had recieved oral sex from a girl and within a few weeks i had many symptoms but most symptoms were,
- foreskin burning/testicles swollen/tongue sores/canker sore on the roof of mouth ! it subsided as time went on but after about 8-12 years had past and about a year ago i started getting pain in my liver area with mental confusion and it moved to urethra pain then i started to feel like i am losing my mind ! so now my symptoms are - urethra inflammation/sharp penis spike pains/stomach or liver area sharp or dull pain/nasuea/swollen glands in neck/constant tongue inflammation/roof of mouth inflammed/ extreme anxiety like im scared of everything/burning sensationon on butt and legs
- ive been tested for all std's
- seen a gastro
- seen a urologist
- and many other specialist
- and countless blood work and test
- im getting no answer anyone have any ideas ?

Do you have a high white blood cell count? If so, your body's fighting something foreign.
Schedule an appointment with a parasitologist.
Ask if they can check your blood, urine, and your stool.

i dont know about white blood cells but thats a great idea being that ive tried everything else

if u have had blood tests they will probabaly have done a full blood count

yes i had a course of antibiotics and nothing changed ! my urethra and mouth are literally always inflammed ! if i had a std for years would there be a problem detecting it on test ?

say someone had a std for over ten years would it not show on test ?

If you have an elevated number of white blood cells, that means your body is fighting some kind of infection.
That would let your doctor know that you really are suffering from something, and to keep on looking for whatever it is.

guys look at these sores on the left side of my tongue ! those have been on and off for years after sexual contact ! you might have to zoom in

Have you asked your dentist about it since you have tried everything else and cant get any answers i would have a dentist check since they specialize in the mouth and everything concerning your mouth. to me it kinda look like oral lichen planus which can cause inflammation and you can also have it down below as well. in the meantime try taking benadryl to help relieve your symptoms. hope this helps!!

would there be any reason a sti wouldnt shoe up on test because ive had it for so long ?
