Constant vaginal itching - please help!

I'm 24. I have been experiencing constant vaginal itching for around 4 weeks. At first, I thought it was thrush, but having done 2x pessary treatment and 1x oral treatment for thrush, it definitely isnt that. I have made regular trips to the doctors - all STI tests come back negative and BV & thrush was 100% negative. I also experience stinging when urinating but have tested negative for UTI. This is the first time I have felt this kind of itching - it originally started near the clit and then spread all over the vulva and also internally inside the vagina. It also itches around the skin attaching the vaginal and anal area (but not inside the anus). It irratates the most when it comes in contact with something (if i touch with hands or comes into contact with clothing). As well as itching, it feels like its burning and my vagina feels hot. It also feels like 'pins and needles' or a tingling sensation. My doctor advised that my vagina/vulva looks healthy and she didnt see any obvious signs of inflammation. I haven't changed any washing up products and as far as I know, I'm not allergic to anything. Today, a small bump came up but its painless and looks like a raised fordyce spot. I have tried multiple over-the-counter creams for the itching but hasnt helped alot. Please can someone shed some light on what this could possibly be? It's really making me feel down and effecting my sex life - normally have a high sex drive and I'm not feeling it at all atm.

    hi lacie

are you using protection when you are having sex?

if so could it be a reaction to the type of condom

or if not could you be getting a reaction to your partner?

No I don't use condoms as I have a regular partner, however he hasn't ejaculated inside me for approx 6 weeks.. so I'm sure it couldn't be that?
