Constant visual vertigo, really down about it

Hey all, a little about me. 28 yr old Male, athletic, celiac, but no other known issues. Early February 2018 I came down with visual vertigo in normal life and motion sickness in vehicles, it felt like it was an overnight change from being ok one day, to having all of this the next, I've had MRIs cts bloodwork eyc and everything comes out normal. When I go out in stores, the motion of anything in my field of vision has the ability to kick up my symptoms. Currently I can't work or drive because of this, and had to move back home with my parents its so bad. It's hard to do anything but lay on then couch, and trust me I want to do everything. Motion from even sports on tv kick up my symptoms, cant really watch hockey football or any thing action. Ive never had any of these symptoms before ever in my life Has anyone had any experience with this, especially it setting in so quickly?

Hi.  I would suggest you make an appt with a neuro Ent doctor.  Let them do the testing.  You GP can give you something to help with the dizziness.

I have three recommendations 1. see an ENT Specialist  2. Do some research at the vistibular website. 3. check out doing Vestibular Therapy / Balance retraining exercises - You need to start out slow but I mostly recovered from severe vertigo in two weeks with these types of exercises. I did discover other serious issues later that means I will be having serious ear surgery in a couple of weeks.
