Left side is just the muscle tension nothing to worry about. The fear of going outside and die is a pure anxiety that needed to be treated and move on with life. I wander have you seen a therapist before? If not then it is better to see one.

I see you have such a healthy life so that should be a plus not to be afraid.

Thank you ! I'm trying to think positive it's so hard when u have these thoughts 💭

I'm going go back to the doctors as they have me 40mg of propanalol as and when I need them, but I haven't seen any different ?

Heart conditions run in my family so I think I over think everything although I have had checks and I'm fine !

I have chest pain now after stressing over the blip I had last night!!

Chest tightness feeling like and heavy is a symptom also for anxiety. You have checked your heart and it was fine. So you know that you have a symptom of anxiety. But i understand every time the symptom comes, we assume this time is true not an anxiety. That is the problem i know.

Hope you will get better soon

    Hi B

If you have seen your GP and had the bloods done etc.. Try to accept that your good.

I know that is easier said than done with anxiety.. but it is the thinking and worrying that feeds the anxiety into producing all the physical symptoms.

I know because that was what i was doing and it was making me worse....

I had to really focus on mindful meditation to stop thinking about yesterday and worrying about tomorrow and concentrate on today.

Once i met my fears head on (about health and worrying my famIly)etc i slowly started to improve.

It isnt easy to change the thought pattern from years of thinking one way ... but how i percieve the anxiety feelings and the physical symptoms does help.

I wish you luck and some let up of this horrible thing..

But know you are strong... as anxiety sufferers are .. if you think about the daily battle of everything it throws at you .. it proves how strong we are .... we are still here and getting stronger by the day..

Do You do listen to any affirmations or meditations .. I do find these help me but i appreciate we are all different xx

It does sound like Anxiety and all I can advise is you discuss coping skills with your GP

With regards your heart attack fears ?, Do these pains come about after food ? . If this is the case it will be heartburn, try taking Milk of Magnesia, or similar. This can be purchased at a chemist. Mint will also settle your tummy so that is another thing to try
