Constantly blistered Lips/gums/throat and wollen glands

In March 2019 I developed a really bad bout of tonsillitis. It then developed in to something else, where my entire mouth, throat, gums and lips were covered in blisters. These obviously ruptured and became sores, much like canker sores, but they covered this entire area for about 6 weeks.

Since then, the sores often return. Always in one specific spot on the roof of my mouth (which I now use as a sign that others will return soon after in other places) as well as on my gums and mouth, but notably on the outside of my lips, and also on my chin, and skin near and surrounding my mouth.

They start as blisters, or clusters of blisters. I have also had swollen glands in what I believe to be either my submandibular glands, since March 2019, right under my tongue. Both sides are swollen and very painful to the touch.

As you can imagine, most doctors have turned me away and told me it’s just a virus that will go away in time, but it’s been over a year of near constant pain with the glands, and a recurring issue of large patches of blisters. I've been tested for all of the usuals, and all have come back negative. I've tried all sorts of immune boosting things to try and tackle this virus.

What they have told me is that it is not the cold sore virus, but that is as far as the prognosis has gone.

Any ideas?
