for the past three weeks i’ve had really bad congestion . my nose is badly blocked up and i have this weird crawling sensation in my head . my ears and face go from hot to cold and i’ve only finished an antibiotic for sinus infection . what could this be my legs and arms feel cold too at certain times even tho i feel warm

Could have some swelling going on, take something for inflammation, hold head over some steam, take a shower stay in there awhile with the steam, it will help to get them to drain, use a warm bath cloth over head, if this don't work see a ENT and have a culture done, hope I was of some help to you, God Bless !
