Most of the time when dizzy it's followed by nausea or vomiting or if not you'll definietly loss apetite, it's a common reaction.

what kind of dizziness are you feeling? spinning, fainting or like the floor suddenly moved?

I have mild fainting spells once in a while when anxious but like you I have the "what if" most of the time in my head, to me It can be an eye or ear problem or just plain anxiety. I was planning to get my eye and ear check since I'm also getting ringing in my ears and trick visions like flashes at the side of my eye, You should too.

I've been getting ear ringing too. I've been to doctors and been checked. All fine they reckon and anxiety. Ears ringing is brought on by extreme stress.

Yes lots.  Lost a stone and a half over last few months. Everyone says i look good but id rather be fatter and happier. The dizzines is unbearable at times but it does seem to have phases, like a few days bad and a few days better.  Everything i read says it goes when the anxiety goes.  when and how the anxiety goes not sure. Sorry feel fed up with it today - really bad day but then had a few ok days before.  Its the nature of it i guess.  Take care xx
