Constantly hungry!!

Hello Everyone,

I am 28 F - Last few months I have had a constant feeling of hunger its like that gnawing feeling that my stomach wants food. Even though I can eat a lot and eat the correct food it may pass a little or sometimes not at all. Spoke to my doctor and they said it could be gastritis as I have suffered from that before, but never had this sensation. Also my Gastroenterologist doesn't know he suggested Iberogass. He said I have had all relevant tests.

Tests I have had:

2 years ago I had 2x Endoscopy

1 Year ago - Colonoscopy

A few months ago I have had, Stool samples, Abdominal ultrasounds, MRI abdomen, Thyroid blood test and other relevant blood tests, H Pylori breathe test.

Everything was fine! Nothing came back with anything.

I am so over this feeling. I'm worried I am going to start gaining weight because I feel like I could eat 24/7.

NOT PREGNANT.

I take Esomeprazole and Sertraline 150 mg.

Anyone here experienced this or any ideas would be amazing! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Thanks

hi im F, 25 and had this for months + mild nausea with it and mine was a minor ulcer from being off my esomeprezole for nearly a year. back on it now for more than a year and i still get this feeling from time to time if i over do it on acidic, greasy foods. i have mild, chronic gastritis too and always thought the esomeprezole would just do its job all by itself but have learned i have to work with it with the foods i eat. hope you get some relief soon itโ€™s frustrating for sure!

Thankyou for your response, How did you find out you had an ulcer? I have had so many tests and its showing nothing. So fed up with this feeling

Through an endoscopy which I see you had 2 years ago... I wonder if an updated one would show any new inflammation or a small ulcer? When I was going through this and googling my symptoms, I found that an ulcer can feel like gnawing "pain" or strong hunger pangs. I am not sure how good an abd ultrasound/MRI is at looking at the stomach for inflammation or ulcers.
