Constantly ill!

I am reaching the end of my patience!

I am a 30yo man and have a fit and healthy life style. However, after a maximum of 4-6 weeks of daily exercise, eating well (fresh meat and veg) and getting sleep and generally feeling stress free, I inevitably get struck down with an illness.

These illnesses are always slightly different, but essentially the same thing: fatigue, chills, stomach aches, diarrhoea (not always), sore throats, headaches and general cold/ill symptoms.

This will usually last at least a week, but can stretch out for a month at a time. During this period of illness I always end up resorting to eating unhealthy, high calorie stuff like cake in order to make it through the day which is a stark contrast to what I eat usually!

Any kind of input would be greatly received as I feel as if I am just going to keep on missing out on life and bring my family down with me.

Go and get your bloods done and then have another look at your diet, you may think your eating healthier but your body might disagree, another thing to look at is your sleeping, drinking and what you do for a living.

It could be your eating something that your body reacts to

A hot cup of tea with lemon juice and sugar one or two times a day will do you some good.
