Constantly poorly, please help me!!

I’ve  been having symptoms for almost tens years now. I can’t relate to the vomiting but I do have this sick feeling daily I can’t desribe. It never truly goes away. The swelling of lips are and constant welts and rashes are daily. I have not been able to work for almost four years, I can’t even leave the house most days. And yes, I agree so tired and exhausted all the time. Predisone is the only thing that remotely helps and it will get to the point I can’t even sit down much sleep. Sometimes I just fall asleep on my feet. If I do make it to the bed it’s never more than twenty to an hour sleep. I literally dream on my feet. I have an undiagnosed auto immune disorder where my immune system is in overdrive like you describe. Sunlight, stress or any physical contact triggers it. Like you I can’t be touched. Besides hugging my son that’s all the contact I’ve had with another human in so long I can’t remember. The doctors simply can’t come up with a solution. Medicines that should help just simply do not work. The immune suppressants don’t work. I have no answers for you I’ve done what you have done and begged for someone that’s had these symptoms try to tell me what to do. Some of your symptoms are just like mine but the tonsils are totally different. There are things called tonsil stones and I’ve personally seen someone pop them out. You can push on them and they will pop right out. But recently someone I  knew sent me a video thinking that’s what they had but it ended up being puss. Her tonsils were terribly inflamed and infected looking. I told her to get to the doctor and she ended up having to have her tonsils remove. But she thought they stones at first. But they were just too red and infected looking.  The swelling, hives, rashes and unending fatigue I can totally relate to. But having no answers myself just a feeling of constant hopelessness the tonsils sound like a warning sign. They could be playing havoc with your immune system. I would get them checked again immediately. Google tonsil stones  and see what I’m talking about but it sounds like an infection to me. I wish I had answers for you but you have an ally in this fight whatever it is. This has dominated my life so long I know nothing else. I know it’s cliche but it’s true, we just have to take one day at a time. Sometimes I just hope I make it to the next minute without losing my sanity. You are not alone. I am of course no doctor although I think i could be one at this point I’ve seen so many, but whatever is up with your tonsils could be dragging your immune system down. Get a second or tenth opinion on those tonsils but I would start there. Be safe and know peace in any instance you can even if it’s a few seconds.  Let me know what your can find out. 

I am just like you. In December my body felt like it was vibrating I couldn't walk without a walker I had a rash on my face thought it was the hives or some kind of allergy. I went to Rheumo Dr. she took bloodwork increased my Lyrica said everything negative. Never told me she was checking for SS. I keep having dry mouth dry eyes Went to ENT Dr everything neg Went to my Gp my parotid gland swollen Test for Mumps neg.  I have hurt my hip joint top of femur pain so bad Percocet not working Can't walk at all without pain in joint.  Dry mouth and eyes till there at night bad. Now I have thick mucus and with burning tongue and burning mouth now. Went back to Oncologist for my protein and white cell blood work.  He had wanted to do Bone Marrow. He said we will wait I told him my symptoms since December He said Sicca Syndrome I said my bloodwork has been neg. He said that is why I said Sicca you have You have POLYMYOSTIS too You don't need positive blood work when we know you have POLYMYOSITIS it equals SS.  TY Doctor amen. He was fazing the results to  my Rheumo and GP
