Constantly worried. Lumps on penis but short frenulum so they can't be seen.

Hey guy's, i'm worried sick here. I have two lumps on my penis that are fairly big, they don't always hurt but they can be sore after activity, the major problem is that I can't see them because my foreskin doesn't retract. I have had poor hygiene in the recent years due to depression and porn addiction with minimal washing (nasty I know, but i'm being honest)

I really don't need anyone to tell me how rare this is, but i'm worried I may have penile cancer. I have swollen nodes in my groin too. I feel like it's urgent that I get this seen to and have visited 3 doctors who said it was nothing, but they can't SEE the lumps. One guy said if I was 90 years old, he'd send me to a specialist, but young people get this disease too, it seems SO irresponsible. I'm going to see my GP on wednesday and I really want him to know this is urgent and I need answers really soon, not just for my physical health but for my mental health too. Can you guys help with what he might say and offer?

Seriously stressed out here rolleyes I'd hugely appreciate any help.

Maybe the first thing to ask your doctor is whether s/he can recommend a way to stretch your foreskin so that it is easier to keep clean under it and also to be able to see these lumpy areas.

There are creams that a GP can prescribe (usually steroids) that help this.

There is a lot of information on the internet and in this forum about forekin freeing and stretching so that circumcision can be avoided.

    Try searching 'Phimosis cure'.

    Best of health to you.

Honestly, I don't have the patience for that at this point. I've already tried everything with stretching and it made it worse. I'm absolutely terrified that something is seriously wrong. I have swollen glands in my groin as well. I need a definitive answer as soon as possible because i'm really suffering mentally because of this. I'm just wondering if I can push the doctor into getting me an urgent biopsy of the lymph node, I can't even eat i'm so worried.

josh ... , as this is having such an impact on you psychologically, you need the right expertise, NOW!  Are you in the UK?  If you are, you need to get to a Sexual Health clinic {yes, irrespective of whether this has been caused by you having sex with someone!} - most of them are known as GUM clinics.  Search GUM Clinic near me!  If you live elsewhere, there are often free sexual health services available, so at least they need to tell you where you can get the reassurance you desperately need.

You should not need to go through the process of 'pushing the doctor' for anything.  Take a really deep breath, find where the sexual health clinic is you can go to, take an even deeper breath, walk in the door, and start getting yourself sorted out ..... Good Luck .......
