Constipation

Have discovered linseeds are very effective for constipation. (Best check with your GP first though if you have a medical condition as i dont think they are advisable for anyone with Crones for example).
Just soak a spoonful of linseeds overnight and add to breakfast cereal, yogurt or Kefir. As i mentioned on a previous post Kefir also helps with smelly wind.

I never get constipated because I drink coffee with milk every morning. I don't know what the body's reaction is to this drink, but mine is exactly like that. Also, any type of fiber is good for constipation. For example, I bought hemp protein. I also once drank flax seeds, it really has such an effect, I recommend it.
