Constipation & Bleeding

5 Weeks ago I had stomach pain and constipation, the stool was hard, white around it and had blood, i had the same the following morning, only tiny bits mind. During that week i did take Amatripplin for 5 days so possibly it maybe have caused it and stopped taking them. Doc gave me laxatives i used two sachets for two days and next week and a half went back to normal.
Then constipation started again, i changed diet, introduced nutri bullet once a day and improved with no straining and soft stool. since then i can go 3/4 days with easy soft stool then last 2 days small pebbles esp first stool of day with second coming out easy. Doctor put finger and felt stomach all fine etc on friday.
Today harder to pass had to strain and stop and strain with now very small bits of blood. next two stools since completeltey normal.
Anyone had this before or like it? could it be tablets i took 5 weeks ago, i only took 10mg a day.
nervous it has lasted this long and blood today and 5 weeks ago (stool doesnt look as bad as it did 5 weeks ago) back is also slighy sore. i do drink 6/8 cups of tea a day and not much water, surely this couldnt do it?
